About The Position

Community Medical Group is seeking a Senior Director, People Strategy & Transformation to help build and scale a modern, high-performing People function. Reporting to the VP of HR, this role will oversee Talent Acquisition and core HR operations, while leading enterprise initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, optimize HR systems, and align people strategy with business growth. A key priority for this role is overhauling and optimizing CMG’s HCM platform (ADP) to create a more efficient, scalable, and data-driven HR function. This is a highly visible role for a leader who can operate at both a strategic and hands-on level—bringing structure to complexity, improving how HR works, and driving meaningful, measurable change.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, transformation, operations, or organizational effectiveness
  • Experience leading or overseeing Talent Acquisition and HR operations
  • Proven success implementing or optimizing HCM systems (ADP strongly preferred)
  • Strong business acumen with ability to connect people strategy to outcomes
  • Experience driving organizational change, process improvement, and scaling functions
  • Skilled at influencing senior leaders and driving results across teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication and executive presence

  • Healthcare or multi-site environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise People initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Oversee and strengthen Talent Acquisition and core HR functions to support growth and scalability
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent, organization, and workforce strategy
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and operating model improvements
  • Lead the optimization and transformation of ADP (HCM), improving workflows, data integrity, reporting, and user experience
  • Modernize HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, talent, performance, employee experience)
  • Build scalable infrastructure, governance, and operating rhythms across HR
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions, improve outcomes, and drive accountability
  • Identify root causes of organizational challenges and implement practical, sustainable solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, operations, finance, and IT to execute key priorities
