Community Medical Group is seeking a Senior Director, People Strategy & Transformation to help build and scale a modern, high-performing People function. Reporting to the VP of HR, this role will oversee Talent Acquisition and core HR operations, while leading enterprise initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, optimize HR systems, and align people strategy with business growth. A key priority for this role is overhauling and optimizing CMG’s HCM platform (ADP) to create a more efficient, scalable, and data-driven HR function. This is a highly visible role for a leader who can operate at both a strategic and hands-on level—bringing structure to complexity, improving how HR works, and driving meaningful, measurable change.
