About The Position

Direct all planning, design, and construction projects, ensuring they align with organizational mission, strategy, and customer priorities. Oversee project budgets, schedules, cash flow, and funding compliance. Coordinate audits and report risks, issues, and key metrics to leadership. Define project contract parameters, communicate stakeholder expectations, and serve as the primary liaison for external firms to ensure safety, conduct, and operational standards. Drive business innovation, service strategies, and continuous process improvements through collaborative partnerships. Lead staff hiring, training, development, direction, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
  • Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Nice To Haves

  • Manager Certification specializing in Healthcare Facilities preferred.
  • Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) also accepted.
  • Project Mgmt Professional preferred.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) accepted.
  • Healthcare construction preferred.
