About The Position

Paid Campaign Strategy, Execution, & Performance Management Apply your knowledge of paid media to recommend plans that deliver efficient and effective media mixes, innovation and testing that achieve campaign goals. Ensure fiscal compliance by partnering closely with internal and agency finance and media partners to ensure all campaigns stay within budget parameters and comply with finance requirements. Ensure accurate campaign creative delivery, tagging, naming conventions, and brand safety protocols by coordinating closely with stakeholders, ad operations, and agency teams. Demonstrate interest and understanding of media trends across demand generation and media landscape, content syndication, social, display, audio, search and programmatic tactics and the unique role each one should play to deliver meaningful media efforts grounded in audience insights, data, and measurement plan. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 4+ years experience in media, marketing, or advertising on the client or agency side OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years experience in media, marketing, or advertising on the client or agency side.
  • 8+ years experience working across offline paid media channels (e.g., broadcast TV, cinema, print, audio, out of home [OOH]).
  • 8+ years experience working across digital media channels (e.g., pay-per-lead, social, SEM, programmatic buying, addressable TV).
  • 8+ years experience using data-driven media tactics, including advanced targeting models, measurement and learning plans, making optimizations based on data.
  • 8+ years experience managing projects (e.g., communications, internal stakeholder management timelines, prioritization, road mapping).
  • 8+ years experience search engine marketing campaigns (e.g., keyword governance, ad copy creation, audience targeting).
  • 8+ years experience paid social experience (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch, Twitter, and YouTube).
  • Experience developing and executing media plans across digital media focused on: demand generation, lead generation, or ABM including pay-per-lead campaigns.
