About The Position

As a Sr. DevSecOps Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of delivering DevSecOps for solutions that directly impact our clients' law enforcement mission. You'll work with dedicated team members in building automated, flexible, and secure CI/CD pipelines for systems that help our clients keep our country safe and secure.

Requirements

• US Citizenship (ability to obtain and maintain a DHS 6C Public Trust clearance)
• Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science background recommended but not required with suitable experience)
• Ability to work on-site in Crystal City, Virginia, 1-2 days per week
• 7+ years of DevSecOps experience in Agile software development
• Proven track record in designing and developing automated, secure CI/CD pipelines
• Cloudbees Jenkins
• Ansible Tower
• Git and GitHub
• Maven
• Containerization
• Amazon ECS, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Vault
• LINUX (RHEL preferred), shell scripting
• Deployment Strategies
• Automated Deployment Testing and Tooling

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in government or high-security environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and perform builds and deliver releases over 2-to-4-week sprints
• Develop automated, flexible, high-performance, and secure CI/CD pipelines for products developed with a range of languages and technologies
• Diagnose and resolve complex DevSecOps issues
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, security experts, and other development teams
• Respond to client requirements in tight timeframes
• Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, especially for performing and monitoring deployments
