Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Security Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • Experience developing automation using scripting and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, identity services, or security technologies.
  • Working knowledge of container technologies (Docker) and cluster management container orchestration like Docker swarm/Amazon ECS/Kubernetes (GKE and AKS).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain secure infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
  • Develop and support Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and deployment standards.
  • Automate security controls, remediation activities, and operational workflows.
  • Engineer secure-by-default platforms, configurations, and infrastructure patterns.
  • Implement and support cloud security, identity, secrets management, and monitoring capabilities.
  • Integrate security tooling, telemetry, and automation with operational platforms.
  • Improve threat detection, response, and visibility through engineering and automation solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, strengthen security controls, and improve operational efficiency.
