Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology and Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience as an Engineer in the telecommunications industry or similar OR Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Management, or a related field and 5 years of experience as an Engineer in the telecommunications industry or similar.
• Experience in identity and access management (IAM) technology including Identity Lifecycle management covering Identity Profiles, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Tokens, Session Management, and Restful API design.
• Experience in Federation technologies including SAML, O Auth, OpenToken, Open ID Connect, and Resource Provisioning.
• Experience in IAM cybersecurity landscape including: identity stores, Authentication and Authorization techniques; RBAC (Role Based Access Control), ABAC (Attribute Base Access Control), PAM (Privileged Access Management), and IAM controls and procedures.
• Experience in IAM for heterogeneous enterprise systems and integration of identity providers.
• Experience with Okta and Ping Identity applied to enterprise systems and applications, including single sign-on, lifecycle management, and user provisioning.
• Experience with DBA management for development, tuning, monitoring, and reporting to extend products including Oracle DB and MySQL.
• Experience with JAVA for writing custom plugins.
• Experience with solutioning and integrating multi-tiered applications including LDAP, Identity Databases, and Directory services.
• Experience implementing security and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the design, implementation and maintenance of a continuous integration environment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot day-to-day user-identified network issues.
• Deploy and support automation systems and tooling in a 24/7 production environment.
• Ensure system uptime by monitoring production systems and responding to issues with corrective action.
• Collaborate with software engineers and technical colleagues to troubleshoot issues as they emerge, ensuring ongoing system operation and business continuity.
• Architect and implement large scale infrastructure projects from end-to-end.
