Sr. DevOps Engineer What You Will Do Lead the design and architecture of enterprise DevOps platforms supporting Agile delivery with cloud infrastructure and automated build and deployment pipelines. Govern and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, including build automation, test automation, and deployment strategies across multiple environments. Ensure scalable, high-performance, and highly available DevOps solutions for on-prem and cloud platforms. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to DevOps engineers and development teams on best practices for source control, branching, merging, and packaging. Establish and enforce governance to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, audit requirements, PCI, and data protection policies. Partner closely with project teams, release management, and IT operations to deliver consistent, high-quality builds for rapid production deployment. Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to improve automation, reliability, and developer experience. What You Will Need Architect and implement enterprise solutions like IBM FileNet P8, Content Manager, OpenText, and Documentum. Support cloud migration and hybrid architecture initiatives with OpenShift / Kubernetes container platforms On prem to cloud ECM as a preferred qualification Implementing AI solutions Strong experience with FileNet Content Navigator development (JavaScript, Dojo, ICN plugins) Install and configure core FileNet components (CPE, Content Navigator, CSS, CSGraphQL). Integrate FileNet with enterprise systems (LDAP, Active Directory, identity providers, SQL Server, cloud databases). Define and enforce security best practices (TLS, RBAC, secrets management). Drive performance tuning, environment validation, and production readiness. Produce architecture documentation and guide operational teams. Lead technical decision-making and mentor engineering teams. Solid background in Linux administration and containerized workloads. Ability to balance cost, performance, and operational considerations in architecture decisions. Administer IBM WebSphere (cells, clusters, JVM tuning, JDBC/JMS, SSL, JAAS, SSO/Kerberos). Configure and maintain F5 LTM/GTM for high availability, SSL offload, iRules, persistence, and health monitors. Implement backup/restore, disaster recovery, and multi-site failover strategies. Plan and execute ECM migrations (content, metadata, renditions, annotations) between FileNet and other ECMs. Experience with GraphQL in an enterprise setting for integrations with upstream/downstream systems Security frameworks (SAML/OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SPENGO/Kerberos) and secrets management. Perform regular vulnerability assessments, coordinate with security teams, and remediate findings across FileNet, ICN, WebSphere, JAVA, and supporting infrastructure.
