About The Position

This Senior Software DevOps and Release Validation Engineer role is part of Blue Origin’s Emerging Systems business unit and supports TeraWave, a space-based satellite communications network. The position develops custom tools and infrastructure to integrate software, firmware, and FPGA bitstream CI/CD pipelines with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and simulators-in-the-loop (SIL) testbeds. The work supports deploying beta, gamma, and production build images to appropriate test targets; managing build artifacts; scheduling and running automated feature-validation and regression test suites; capturing results; generating reports; and filing trouble tickets. The position is onsite in the Greater Seattle Area, Washington, with an approved temporary remote-work exception while the local site is developed. Relocation assistance is available, and travel may be required up to 10% of the time. Applicants must meet the stated U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, refugee, or asylum eligibility requirements. The role requires a standard background check; additional checks may apply for certain job profiles.
