About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with a mandatory Blue Prism skill and at least 5+ years of experience. This role requires the capability to perform multiple functions including Developer, Team Lead, and Architect. A Blue Prism Certification is essential. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively, openly sharing ideas, knowledge, and resources. Strong development skills, a keen interest in technology and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and the ability to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions are crucial. Fluency in English is required. A programming background with hands-on experience in RPA tools like Blue Prism and OCR tools is necessary. While AL/ML knowledge is a plus, it is not mandatory. Web development skills (HTML, CSS) are also required. Experience in Process Automation/Integration IT Projects is preferred, along with good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients to gather business requirements.
