About The Position
Zachry Engineering Corporation (ZEC) is seeking a talented and self-motivated Sr. Civil/Structural Designer to join our Engineering office in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position provides the opportunity to lead the development of complex industrial and power projects while collaborating with long-standing clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural steel and reinforced concrete design, including foundations, equipment supports, and industrial structures. This individual will serve as a technical leader for civil/structural design activities, guiding project execution from concept through construction support while mentoring junior designers and supporting multidisciplinary coordination.
