A position has opened in Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) for an ambitious Senior Demand Planning Professional. You will report to the Global SIOP Director for HBS, with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your planning skills and play an instrumental role in the success of the company. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and aligning volume & revenue forecasts within the Projects & Services based business HBS North Americas (~$1.4B). You will ensure that regional sales forecasts are visible, planned and supported through the supply chain. You will drive delivering high customer satisfaction, improving inventory, and reduced working capital year over year. You will also serve as the primary analyst for Global HBS and work directly with the Global SIOP Director to support GDM (Global Design Model) execution. This position will interface with Regional General Management, Sales Leadership and Operations organizations, utilizing statistics, sales projects, and market intelligence to develop a rolling 18-month SKU level demand plan. This position is the linkage between sales forecasting, marketing programs and manufacturing, bringing closer alignment to the Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Process.
