We're looking for a results-driven demand generation leader to own and scale our pipeline engine. This is a high-impact role focused on designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline. You'll partner closely with sales to build ABM programs from the ground up, bring data rigor to how we measure and optimize performance, and own the full funnel from awareness through opportunity creation.   • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn, Google Ads), content syndication, webinars, email, and events to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Build and scale ABM programs targeting high-value fintech accounts. Collaborate with sales to define target lists, design 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, and optimize from targeting through conversion.
  • Own HubSpot workflows and marketing automation infrastructure. Build scalable processes, optimize lead scoring and routing, and enable faster campaign execution.
  • Manage paid acquisition with a test-and-iterate approach focused on CAC optimization, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Drive SEO/SEM performance in partnership with content. Optimize landing pages, keyword strategies, and conversion paths to increase qualified traffic.
  • Execute event strategies from conference sponsorships to field campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate deals.
  • Partner with sales on lead handoff, closed-loop reporting, and continuous feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Own demand gen analytics and attribution. Surface insights that inform budget allocation, channel mix, and campaign strategy.
  • You've built and scaled demand gen programs in B2B environments with complex sales cycles. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, have a testing mindset, and use data to drive decisions. You're comfortable building from scratch in fast-moving environments.
  • 5–7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, payments, or dev tools.
  • Proven track record delivering measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact through full-funnel campaigns.
  • Deep ABM experience building account-based programs from scratch and aligning marketing and sales around target accounts.
  • Strong fluency in funnel metrics, attribution modeling, CAC/LTV, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals with experience driving organic and paid search performance.
  • Experience executing event strategies from conference selection to field campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Startup experience: self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to build systems from first principles.
  • Fast learner who picks up new concepts, industries, and buyer personas quickly and translates them into effective campaigns.
  • Experience marketing technical infrastructure, developer tools, or emerging technology to sophisticated B2B buyers.
