About The Position

Senior Demand Generation Campaign Manager As the Senior Demand Generation Campaign Manager , you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation programs designed to capture, engage, and nurture target audiences. This role is pivotal in creating and driving pipeline growth and revenue impact through integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You will lead portfolio-level demand generation strategies , develop innovative programs, and manage a direct report (Marketing Coordinator). Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, youll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, and internal marketing services teams. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel for annual meetings and tradeshows.

Requirements

  • 57+ years in B2B demand generation or campaign management (ERP or SaaS preferred), with proven success driving measurable results and the ability to jump in and make impact right away
  • People management experience or ability to mentor and guide a coordinator.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, marketing automation (Marketo preferred), Google Analytics, ABM platforms, and attribution tools.
  • Ability to collaborate on content that resonates with ERP buyers and supports the buyers journey.
  • Deep understanding of the ERP sales cycle and experience aligning marketing with sales objectives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; experience with Asana a plus.
  • Innovative, data-driven, and results-oriented with a bias for action.

  • Experience in ERP or SaaS marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, inbound strategy, and end-to-end campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute integrated demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on pipeline growth and bookings.
  • Build multi-channel campaigns leveraging paid search, paid social, SEO, review sites, events, webinars, email, nurture programs, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates across the funnel; deliver quarterly reports on KPIs such as MQL attainment, SAL conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and content teams to create compelling assets that drive inbound engagement.
  • Oversee PPC, PPL, and HQL programs with partners like Gartner and review platforms to ensure positive ROI.
  • Manage tradeshow and event strategy in partnership with the Events team, including lead generation and communications.
  • Work closely with BDR and Sales teams to optimize lead quality, accelerate pipeline, and ensure seamless handoff.
  • Manage marketing budgets per product line, ensuring industry-standard ROMI.
  • Track and analyze KPIs across channels; leverage data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
