About The Position

The Sr Data Science Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role partners closely with Sales, Supply, and Category teams to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve business performance. It supports key demand processes—including S&OP, IBP, customer meetings, and forecasting—with straightforward reporting that enables timely insight and decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a data, analytics, or technical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modeling, data manipulation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or a similar visualization tool such as Tableau or Looker.
• Working knowledge of a programming language such as Python or SQL.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to simplify complex analyses into clear, business-relevant insights.
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Experience working with SAP.

• CPG or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate insights to support strategic decisions across omni-channel sales, supply planning, and category management.
• Build and maintain Power BI reporting and dashboards using Scintilla, Nielsen, and internal supply chain data.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting revenue, distribution, and execution.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for business stakeholders.
• Improve and automate data processes and workflows, including data collection, validation, and integration across multiple sources.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep dives to inform business initiatives and leadership decisions.
