Serving as the RBC “Centre of Expertise” within the Next Best Action (NBA) Delivery team in the deployment of data-driven, targeted client communications for Next Best Action. You will champion and successfully manage through uncertainty and change in a fast-paced environment while leading and supporting team members through the process, and keeping them focused on business priorities Work with Campaign Design Managers to integrate, build code and execute effective and efficient direct marketing. Responsible for the build and deployment of marketing campaigns and initiatives to maximize revenue growth and provide superior customer experience through relevant and timely offers. This is a highly technical role requiring hands-on experience with data and decisioning tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python/ Teradata). The candidate selected will be responsible for integrating, building code and executing effective and efficient direct marketing as well as migrating existing campaigns to a new platform (SAS to Lumina – Jupiter Notebooks). This role is considered and execution type role and not a reporting/analytics role.
