As a Sr Customer Training Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance customer experience and empower users to maximize the value of our products and solutions. You will be responsible for developing customer-centric training strategies that align with business goals and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will report directly to our Customer Training Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the effectiveness of customer engagement by ensuring customers are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to utilize Honeywell Building Automation products and services successfully, thereby contributing to customer retention and business growth.
