About The Position

The California licensed CT Radiological Technologist performs safe imaging procedures on all inpatient and outpatient age-specific populations. The CT Radiological Technologist must be able to work safely in an acute care environment. This position must be able to interact accordingly with other patient care departments that visit the Radiology environment. This position performs various radiographic exams and processes images on various archival systems. Professionally accountable for submitting high-quality images to PACS. Participates in performance improvement activities in the department. Demonstrates excellent customer service to patients. Correctly identifies patients for the procedures performed. Follows Infection Control policies, radiation policies and good body mechanics. Maintains appropriate continuing education credits. Complies with all Medical Center and Department policies and procedures.
