The Recruiter will be responsible for qualifying new job opportunities with our clients, identifying and attracting qualified talent through outbound activities, and treating our candidates and consultants with a true white-glove experience. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment and wants to further their career in recruiting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Recruiting experience within a Staffing Agency
  • Recruiting experience supporting Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience recruiting creative skill sets; bonus if you have recruited both creative and IT roles

Responsibilities

  • Researching candidate databases
  • Soliciting referrals
  • Networking through social media and events
  • Maintaining relationships with domain professionals
  • Creating and building a prospect list
  • Create job ads and post available positions using a variety of media
  • Successfully match available talent with open positions by accumulating and applying knowledge of skill sets and client needs
  • Conduct candidate screening, negotiate pay rate, and overcome candidate objections
  • Advise candidates on the keys to a successful interview, and debrief with candidates, hiring managers, and client services resources to gather feedback
  • Present offers
  • Solicit referrals, identify additional business opportunities, control turnover, and ensure client/consultant satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Monitor and maintain accurate and detailed records of recruiting and candidate/account activities by updating business systems and databases
  • Proactively market candidates and generate sales leads to support business development efforts
