We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Operations Manager to support a national brand and a key client partner. This position offers a salary range of $75k - $90k, determined by location, experience, and expertise. This is a hybrid position at our brand new office in Superior, CO. Overview: This role owns the creative workflow between the client’s Marketing team and ROR’s Creative Team. You will manage intake, evaluate proposed timelines, align work with team capacity, and work directly with the client to adjust schedules when necessary to ensure delivery expectations are realistic and achievable. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a high volume of work and tight deadlines. This role requires sound judgment, direct communication, and the ability to balance flexibility with firmness while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in agency project management, creative operations, or marketing operations.
  • Experience managing high-volume, multi-channel marketing workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize competing initiatives and reset expectations when necessary.
  • Strong scheduling and capacity planning skills.
  • Direct, professional communication style.
  • Experience holding stakeholders accountable to process and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Experience using project management platforms is required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational lead for all client creative requests.
  • Review and validate incoming requests to ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility.
  • Push back when requests are incomplete, missing assets, or contain unrealistic timelines.
  • Independently prioritize competing initiatives based on business impact and team capacity.
  • Evaluate proposed project timelines, negotiate adjustments when required, and manage projects against agreed commitments.
  • Own capacity planning to align workload with available resources.
  • Manage multi-channel initiatives across digital, print, web, social, email, direct mail, and OOH.
  • Hold all stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines, including review and feedback deadlines.
  • Set clear review expectations and drive consolidated, actionable feedback to maintain efficient approval cycles.
  • Manage revision rounds to prevent excessive back-and-forth and protect project momentum.
  • Review deliverables prior to client proofing to ensure alignment with scope and expectations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase predictability and operational efficiency.
