Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Thorough knowledge of the manufacturing process including Analytical, Processing, Filling and familiarity with FDA and IFA regulations.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritionals.
  • QA experience with a minimum of two years in the Quality Organization.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain database and records of batch corrections.
  • Perform monthly corrections data trend analysis.
  • Use inventory systems (CAMBAR, AMAPS) to adjust inventory and perform batch re-release.
  • Perform, coordinate and verify batch segregation and Quality Hold.
  • Maintain database and executes verification of onsite destruct and reconciliation of off-site destructs.
  • Coordinate batch samplings, sampling or re-processing following Deviation, Investigation and/or Batch Work Order requirements.
  • Assist and backup Coordinator of Customer Complaints.
  • Train new employees as needed.
  • Coordinate, pull, and ship library samples to division per required schedule.
  • Accountable for meeting compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
