About The Position

This position provides administrative support to senior management by serving as a key liaison with internal & external stakeholders for the organization. This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.

Requirements

  • H.S Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-4 years Related Experience is required.
  • Maintain highest degree of confidentiality in handling information and requests.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience/ knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Experience with Sales force and intermediate skills with Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the senior leaders calendar, aligning meetings, appointments, travel and events to optimize their time and objectives.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence appropriately. Draft responses, compose emails, or make calls on behalf of the executive.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including logistics, venue bookings, catering and technology needs for executive needs and organizational initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and initiatives.
  • Organize executive travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, contacts and documents.
  • Manage expense reporting, invoices and budget tracking.
  • Greet and host high-profile guests such as board members and government officials.
