Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a controls engineering role in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in a Tier 1 supplier, automotive OEM, and/or integrator.
• Expert proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley), industrial robotics, and network protocols (Ethernet/IP, OPC UA).
• Hands-on experience with MES, SCADA, IIoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Must be able to interpret and design electrical schematics.

• Continuous improvement minded and must understand the “7 wastes” to write effective programs.
