Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive, relevant experience, including experience with a global public company.
  • Strong accounting experience; prior consumer packaged goods experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own complete, accurate, and properly controlled financial results for Gross Sales, Trade Promotions, and Customer Waste across five operating segments.
  • Maintain SOX and other required accounting documentation to support the internal control environment and external audit requirements.
  • Guide commercial business partners on systems and processes for U.S. GAAP reporting, management reporting, and operational analytics.
  • Evaluate, advise on, and document the appropriate accounting treatment for commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Oversee HBP Accounts Receivable and Deductions, including accountability for service-level agreements.
  • Drive continuous improvement, including a continuous-close mindset, and strengthen revenue-recognition governance, tracking, and reporting.
  • Establish consistent global policies and processes across Revenue, Trade, RD&A, and DME activities.
