Sr Consultant RPA Project Delivery

Greenlight ConsultingToronto, ON

About The Position

Greenlight is a Canadian-founded technology services firm specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Consulting and Technology Staffing. We have a high-performance mindset with a culture driven by our values: kindness, ownership, transparency, and fairness. This fosters a collaborative workplace where we have fun, maintain integrity, and practice authenticity. We are looking for energetic team players to join us during a period of aggressive growth. If you are ambitious, results-driven, and looking to fast-track your career, Greenlight Consulting is the place to be. This is a senior, client-facing role within our UiPath delivery team. You will co-lead every engagement alongside a Solution Architect, sharing accountability for outcomes across a portfolio of short-cycle projects (typically 3–6 months). While the Solution Architect leads technical direction, you will own the client and commercial aspects, including relationships, expectations, scope governance, escalation resolution, and value realization. Your collaboration with Business Analysts and UiPath developers will serve as the connective tissue between client needs, technical delivery, and commercial success, ensuring clients receive not only working automations but also measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in a delivery, consulting, or client-facing technology role — ideally within automation, RPA, or enterprise software
  • Proven experience managing short-cycle software delivery projects (3–6 months) end-to-end
  • Direct exposure to UiPath or comparable RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) — you don't need to build bots, but you need to understand what's under the hood
  • Strong background in agile delivery — Scrum, Kanban, or scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
  • Experience managing executive and senior stakeholder relationships in a client-facing context
  • Track record of managing scope, change orders, and commercial conversations in a professional services or managed services environment
  • Political intelligence — ability to read room dynamics, sense wavering confidence, and act before issues escalate
  • Strong commercial acumen — understanding of project economics, margin, scope, and value- based delivery
  • Excellent communicator: can simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences, and speak credibly with technical teams
  • Confident facilitator — kickoffs, steering committees, change conversations, retrospectives
  • High emotional intelligence; calm under pressure, de-escalates tension, builds trust in difficult moments
  • Organised and delivery-focused — able to manage a multi-project portfolio without dropping threads

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the full delivery lifecycle — from kickoff through go-live and post-delivery review
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leads, and key stakeholders across client organisations
  • Proactively track whether clients are realising expected automation value — report against agreed KPIs, not just delivery milestones
  • Lead go-live communications, confidence management, and post-delivery debriefs
  • Own scope management, change control, and change order processes across your project portfolio
  • Identify and manage scope creep early — facilitate commercial conversations around change with clarity and confidence
  • Maintain commercial awareness across all engagements; flag risks to margin, timeline, or client satisfaction before they escalate
  • Partner with the Solution Architect to assess the commercial and delivery impact of technical decisions
  • Read client politics and stakeholder dynamics — sense shifts in confidence or sponsor alignment before they become delivery risks
  • Lead difficult conversations: expectation resets, delay communications, scope disputes, and performance concerns
  • Act as the senior escalation point for client-side issues, coordinating resolution across the SA, BA, and development team
  • Maintain regular cadence with UiPath account teams, internal Sales, and CSM contacts where relevant
  • Drive agile delivery practices across 3–6 month automation projects — sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, retrospectives, and iterative releases
  • Own project governance in the absence of a dedicated PM: maintain delivery schedule, RAID log, and status reporting to client stakeholders
  • Coordinate across the SA, BA, and development team to keep delivery on track — surfacing blockers and driving resolution
  • Manage competing priorities across a portfolio of 3–4 concurrent projects with composure and clear communication
  • Co-lead every engagement with the Solution Architect — aligning regularly on risks, priorities, and client sentiment
  • Translate technical constraints and decisions into clear client-facing language; shield the SA from unnecessary commercial noise
  • Support the SA in managing developer workloads, flagging capacity risks, and coordinating team resourcing
  • Ensure technical delivery decisions are made with full awareness of commercial and relationship implications
  • Review Business Analyst deliverables (PDDs, process flows) for quality and alignment with client expectations
  • Coach and support BAs through complex stakeholder sessions and difficult discovery conversations
  • Create an environment where the BA and development team can do their best work — clear requirements, resolved blockers, aligned stakeholders
