The Professional Services Senior Consultant role involves leading the implementation and championing the adoption of Omnissa solutions for the company's largest customers. This position offers opportunities to solve customer challenges and deliver secure digital workspaces using Omnissa Horizon and Workspace ONE solutions. New consultants receive mentorship and support to accelerate their growth and integrate into customer engagements. The role is a technical consulting position, requiring intensive use of technical, consulting, business, and leadership skills. Consultants work directly with customers and other Omnissa employees on post-sales implementation, lead workshops to understand and refine customer goals and requirements, propose and design technical solutions, implement and test them, document designs and procedures, and transfer knowledge to customers. The primary goal is to guide customers through the successful adoption of Omnissa platforms for their end users. This involves effective communication with various customer teams, from technical engineers to business leaders and executives. Consultants are also expected to challenge existing delivery processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting tools and knowledge, including enhancing the implementation methodology.

Requirements

  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience (if not a 4-year degree).
  • Possess technical, consulting, business, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Omnissa and adjacent products.
  • Passion for technology.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and champion the adoption of solutions purchased by Omnissa's most important and largest customers.
  • Solve customers’ challenges and deliver secure digital workspaces with Omnissa Horizon and Workspace ONE solutions.
  • Implement Omnissa Workspace ONE and Omnissa Horizon solutions for customers.
  • Lead customers to achieving their business goals by combining leadership skills with technical acumen.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of Omnissa and adjacent products to become a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.
  • Earn and maintain subject-matter expertise in the innovative field of end-user computing.
  • Work directly with customers and other Omnissa employees on day-to-day activities involved with the post-sales implementation of Omnissa Workspace ONE and Horizon.
  • Lead workshops to understand and refine customers’ goals and understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Propose and design technical solutions.
  • Implement and test technical solutions.
  • Document designs and procedures.
  • Transfer knowledge to customers.
  • Lead the customer through their journey to successfully adopt Omnissa platforms for their end users.
