As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be the critical link between Ripple Treasury's cutting-edge technology and the real-world financial goals of global clients. You will act as a digital architect and trusted advisor, deeply understanding a client's unique business environment, prescribing industry best practices, and architecting a configuration that transforms their treasury operations into a powerhouse of efficiency. The role empowers organizations on their path to strategic treasury by enabling total visibility into their cash, liquidity, payments, and financial risk management.

Requirements

3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS
Consultative Mindset: experience in roles where you don’t just take orders; you ask "why," challenge the status quo, and lead clients toward better outcomes
Technical Aptitude: experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding how data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
Communication Skills: experience translating "tech-speak" into "CFO-speak," making complex financial concepts accessible and compelling
Treasury Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
Financial Fluency: Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance - comfortable discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk

Responsibilities

Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goals
Act as a subject expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes
Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns perfectly with the strategic vision
Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions
Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the future of our product roadmap
