As a Professional Services Senior Consultant, you will lead the implementation and adoption of Omnissa solutions for large customers. This role involves solving customer challenges, delivering secure digital workspaces with Omnissa Horizon and Workspace ONE, and becoming a trusted advisor. The position is technical consulting, requiring strong technical, consulting, business, and leadership skills. You will work directly with customers on post-sales implementation, lead workshops to gather requirements, design and implement technical solutions, document procedures, and transfer knowledge. The goal is to guide customers through the successful adoption of Omnissa platforms for their end users, interacting with various customer teams from technical engineers to business executives. You are also expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting tools and implementation methodology.
