About The Position

Omnissa is the first AI-driven digital work platform, designed to support flexible, secure, work-from-anywhere experiences by integrating industry-leading solutions like Unified Endpoint Management, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Digital Employee Experience, and Security & Compliance. The platform aims to boost employee engagement while optimizing IT operations, security, and cost. As a Professional Services Senior Consultant, you will lead the implementation and adoption of Omnissa solutions for large customers. This role involves solving customer challenges, delivering secure digital workspaces with Omnissa Horizon and Workspace ONE, and becoming a trusted advisor. The position is technical consulting, requiring strong technical, consulting, business, and leadership skills. You will work directly with customers on post-sales implementation, lead workshops to gather requirements, design and implement technical solutions, document procedures, and transfer knowledge. The goal is to guide customers through the successful adoption of Omnissa platforms for their end users, interacting with various customer teams from technical engineers to business executives. You are also expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting tools and implementation methodology.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and champion the adoption of solutions purchased by important and largest customers.
  • Solve customers’ challenges and deliver secure digital workspaces with Omnissa Horizon and Workspace ONE solutions.
  • Implement Omnissa Workspace ONE and Omnissa Horizon solutions for customers.
  • Lead customers to achieving their business goals by combining unique leadership skills with technical acumen.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of Omnissa and adjacent products to become a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.
  • Work directly with customers and other Omnissa employees on day-to-day activities involved with the post-sales implementation of Omnissa Workspace ONE and Horizon.
  • Lead workshops to understand and refine customers’ goals and understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Propose and design technical solutions.
  • Implement and test technical solutions.
  • Document designs and procedures.
  • Transfer knowledge to customers.
  • Lead the customer through their journey to successfully adopt Omnissa platforms for their end users.
  • Interact with various customers’ teams, from technical engineers and system administrators to business leaders and executives.
  • Communicate effectively to all audiences.
  • Challenge existing delivery processes and assist in the continuous improvement of consulting tools and knowledge, including enhancing implementation methodology.
