The Auto Physical Damage Claims Performance Analytics organization is seeking a Senior Performance Analytics Consultant. This role is accountable for analyzing and reporting on operational and financial trends underlying auto physical damage claims. You will partner with teammates in performance analytics, the transformation and optimization team, data science, claims field leaders, product, actuarial and other segment leaders. You will proactively share emerging trends and respond to their questions on a variety of key metrics and emerging trends or issues. In addition to providing deep analytics, the ability to tell a story with data is an essential skill as you work to influence a diverse audience to drive action and enable business decisions. With a tremendous amount of data at your fingertips across different subject areas, you will partner closely with process analysts to develop new metrics, evaluate hypotheses, and drive actionable insights. Candidates who live near one of our office locations (Hartford, CT, San Antonio, TX, Lake Mary, FL, Phoenix, AZ, Naperville, IL) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.
