About The Position

As a Sr. Consultant within CIBC’s Client Authentication Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, transformational projects that shape how clients interact with CIBC across all channels. You will work closely with business and technology partners to lead, oversee, and execute all activities required to launch new client authentication solutions to market. These initiatives will enhance our client authentication capabilities and strengthen the security of our digital banking experience. Your project delivery expertise will directly influence the security and satisfaction of millions of clients, helping CIBC remain a leader in digital banking.   • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of authentication projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.

  • Oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, proactive risk management, and successful implementation.

  • Clearly and concisely convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout each project.
