This role provides strategic support and advisory at the Property & Casualty group level. It centers on turning business performance, customer insights, and leadership perspectives into clear updates, presentations, and recommendations for senior leaders. It also includes leading special projects to explore new strategic opportunities across Property & Casualty. The work requires close coordination across teams to gather input, conduct outside research, synthesize recommendations, align messaging, and ensure materials are accurate, relevant, and useful for decision-making. It also contributes to longer-term strategic priorities tied to growth, underwriting, customer experience, and the use of artificial intelligence to improve how the business serves customers and partners. At Nationwide, the Office of Corporate Strategy exists to help executive leadership across our businesses - Property Casualty, Financial Services and Corporate Development - approach strategic decision-making to decide how to build the most value for the company in a way that supports Nationwide’s mission and vision. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll advise and guide Nationwide executives through the industry’s most critical challenges. It’s the management consulting experience, without the travel! As an engagement manager to the business, you’ll lead assignments with profit & loss owners and key parties involved that span the full breadth of Nationwide’s business portfolio. Success will depend on your ability to forge positive relationships, distill results oriented strategies out of complex issues and facilitate decisions with support from a group of high-performing professionals. This opportunity allows you to be part of the team at the forefront, driving impactful and positive change at Nationwide.
