About The Position

The Sr. Configuration Analyst adds or modifies system functionality to meet business requirements within a Software as a Service (SaaS) application. The role works independently as part of an agile development team and provides solutions for high-priority business critical features.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree (Computer Science or related technical degree preferred) or equivalent practical experience
5 -7 years of configuration experience
Ability to query and understand the structures of relational databases is required (SQL Server, Oracle)

Nice To Haves

3+ years of Insurance experience preferred
Previous experience with Sapiens Policy Pro is highly preferred
Experience working with P&C insurance compliance data (ISO) a plus
Practical experience applying computer science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, conditional logic, and troubleshooting complex systems; developing software experience preferred

Responsibilities

Configure low-code or no-code applications to complete work assignments to meet business requirements
Work directly with business analysts and business partners to identify and implement solutions
Estimate, plan and implement maintainable and efficient solutions for multiple assigned tasks within target dates
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex configuration issues in a timely manner
Document and communicate updates clearly and comprehensively to stakeholders
Work effectively with QA analysts to ensure thorough testing and validation of configurations
Work with release management to ensure a smooth elevation of configuration solutions to production
Participate in requirements gathering and sprint planning sessions
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
