Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• 5 years in within the healthcare compliance and/or privacy industry
• Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) within 180 Days or Healthcare Compliance Officer (CPCO)-AAPC Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO)

Nice To Haves

• Post-graduate degree in health policy or healthcare compliance
• Experience with applied analytics
• Certified in applied analytics

Responsibilities

• Administrate the Compliance Hotline and manage the Compliance Department incident database
• Analyze incident data in order to track and report trends and outliers, and aid in the development of the system's educational and training needs
• Assist with compliance investigations
• Participate in the provision of compliance and privacy education
• Complete assignments per the annual Compliance Work Plan
