We are seeking a Senior Communications Program Manager to work within the Neuroscience Portfolio to play a critical role in shaping and delivering the portfolio narrative across internal and external audiences. This highly visible role operates at the center of the business—partnering across all five operating units (OUs) to drive leader communications, integrated programs, and operational rigor that connect the enterprise and tell a cohesive Neuroscience story.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive development and execution of integrated communications strategies that connect priorities across all five Neuroscience operating units
  • Shape and amplify a unified Neuroscience narrative, ensuring consistency across internal and external channels
  • Partner with OU communicators to identify opportunities for alignment, efficiency, and impact across the portfolio.
  • Lead communications for Neuroscience leadership teams, including portfolio LT and enterprise forums
  • Develop high-impact messaging, presentations, talking points, and narratives for senior leaders
  • Ensure alignment of leadership messaging to enterprise strategy, reinforcing clarity and connection across the organization
  • Own and manage key cross-portfolio communications programs, from strategy through execution
  • Translate business priorities into integrated communications plans that align messaging, timing, and channels for maximum impact.
  • Partner across functions (HR, Marketing, Strategy, Investor Relations) to deliver coordinated, audience-centric campaigns
  • Establish and run communications operating mechanisms that create visibility, alignment, and discipline across the portfolio (e.g., editorial calendars, LT syncs, planning rhythms)
  • Drive clarity in how communications are planned, sequenced, and executed across OUs
  • Track, measure, and optimize communications effectiveness through data and insights
  • Support and lead external communications efforts, including public relations, media engagement, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Partner with OU Communications, Corporate PR, and integrated marketing teams to elevate Neuroscience visibility and reputation
  • Ensure strong integration between external narratives and internal storytelling
  • Develop compelling, audience-focused content that brings the Neuroscience strategy and impact to life
  • Oversee creation of key materials including presentations, scripts, announcements, and digital content
  • Translate complex business and clinical concepts into clear, engaging narratives
