This role will be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, or Sunnyvale. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Employee Communications team as a Senior Manager 2, focused on enterprise-wide internal communications that support recurring programs, new initiatives, and key workforce priorities. In this role, you'll provide strategic communications counsel to the Global Talent Organization (GTO), building strategic frameworks and narratives that translate workforce strategy into clear and compelling communications that engage, inspire, and align employees. You'll also own the enterprise People Leader Communications strategy and partner closely with the Office of the Chief People Officer on strategic internal GTO communications. This role will also lead and support other priority communications work, including organizational change and issues management, bringing opportunities to scale impact to teams across LinkedIn. We're looking for a dynamic communicator with a strong track record of partnering with senior executives, deep business acumen, strong HR communications experience, and a passion for storytelling that brings people strategies to life and supports business growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring creativity to how we engage employees, and lead the day-to-day execution of multiple projects. If you're energized by the opportunity to lead with influence, drive clarity, think strategically, and help employees feel connected to their work and each other — we'd love to meet you.
