Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience and Innovation, the successful candidate will create and implement innovative internal communications strategies and employee programs aimed at building collaborative relationships across all teams at MiWay. They will proactively seek opportunities to enhance a positive employee culture that delivers outstanding customer experiences. The candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating a workplace culture at MiWay that prioritizes teamwork, values employee communications, integrates recognition and ensures employees feel informed with effective storytelling and programs.
