About The Position

At UMB Bank, the Sr. Commercial Relationship Specialist provides a highly skilled level of support to Relationship Managers and Clients within Commercial Banking while maintaining and supporting the development of relationships with customers and internal partners.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
4+ years of general banking experience or 3+ years commercial banking experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships.
Act as point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all servicing requests related to client relationships.
Assist with post-closing items such as exception citing's, covenant items, and booking accuracy.
Work closely with Relationship Manager(s) to successfully onboard new Deposit Account for clients as well as provide guidance to clients to the appropriate resource for servicing and assistance.
Maintain client records for both loan and deposit accounts.
Provide professional and courteous customer service while answering questions, researching issues, and providing resolutions as needed.
Facilitate loan payments, loan payoffs, and collateral release requests.
Assist with Analysis Refund requests.
Facilitate no-pin wires.
Assist with transfers (account to account, loan to account).
Manage daily customer overdraft communication and decisioning.
Assist with Loan and Deposit Account information/documentation.
Assist with Salesforce maintenance.
Other duties as necessary.
