About The Position

Ministry Brands is looking for a Sr. Commercial Paralegal & IronClad CLM Administrator to join its Legal Department. This highly visible role will be based in the executive offices at the company’s Alpharetta, Georgia headquarters and will report directly to the General Counsel. The ideal candidate is an organized, business-minded legal professional who can support commercial contracting, administer and optimize Ironclad workflows, improve legal operations processes, and partner confidently with executives and cross-functional business teams. Experience in software, SaaS, payments, or financial technology environments is strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience of paralegal, contracts administration, legal operations, or comparable in-house legal department experience.
  • Hands-on experience administering or heavily supporting Ironclad, including workflows, contract templates, intake processes, reporting, and user support.
  • Strong commercial contracting background with familiarity supporting revenue, vendor, technology, SaaS, data privacy, and operational agreements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, including document formatting, version control, proofreading, and final quality control of contract packages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, attorneys, and business stakeholders.
  • High degree of judgment, discretion, accountability, and ownership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in software, SaaS, financial technology, payments, or other technology-enabled business environments.
  • Paralegal certificate
  • Experience with e-signature platforms, document management systems, Microsoft SharePoint, Salesforce, procurement tools, or ERP integrations.
  • Experience building or improving legal intake workflows, contract playbooks, approval matrices, and legal operations metrics.
  • Prior experience supporting a General Counsel, executive leadership team, or high-growth legal department.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary administrator and power user for Ironclad, including workflow management, user support, template maintenance, metadata standards, reporting, and process documentation.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle for commercial agreements, including intake, triage, routing, approvals, execution, storage, and renewal or obligation tracking.
  • Support review and administration of customer, vendor, partner, reseller, SaaS, technology, confidentiality, data processing, and related commercial agreements under attorney supervision.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Information Security, and other business stakeholders to keep contracts moving efficiently and consistently.
  • Maintain contract repositories and ensure agreements are accurately indexed, searchable, complete, and aligned with department naming conventions and recordkeeping standards.
  • Prepare, route, and track signature-ready documents through e-signature platforms and ensure all required approvals are obtained before execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve contract playbooks, intake forms, approval matrices, clause libraries, and standard operating procedures.
  • Generate contract reports, dashboards, and status updates to provide visibility into contract volume, cycle times, bottlenecks, obligations, and upcoming renewals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve legal department efficiency, reduce contract cycle times, strengthen controls, and enhance the user experience for business stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential legal and business information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
