Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods Corp is seeking a Sr. Commercial Financial Analyst for our Elk Grove Village. In this role you will serve as a strategic business partner to Sales leadership and a key link between Finance and Commercial teams across Foodservice, National Accounts, and Retail. This role drives profitable growth by translating business opportunities into structured financial insights, ensuring strong financial discipline, clear margin visibility, and improved pricing, customer profitability, sales performance, and forecasting accuracy. Partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Executive Leadership, the role transforms commercial data into actionable insights that support better decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, business-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will lead commercial reporting, pricing analysis, forecasting, customer profitability, and financial modeling to support key business decisions as the company continues its growth journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive financial analysis experience supporting commercial or sales organizations.
  • Experience developing dashboards in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex financial modeling.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related manufacturing industries.
  • Experience supporting Foodservice distribution partners such as Sysco, US Foods, Performance Food Group, Gordon Food Service, or similar.
  • Experience with trade spend management and revenue growth management (RGM).
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Power Pivot, or advanced data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance, pricing, margins, and profitability across customers, products, and channels.
  • Develop weekly and monthly commercial reporting and executive dashboards.
  • Perform volume, price, mix, and revenue variance analysis.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning processes.
  • Build financial models and business cases for pricing initiatives, new products, and customer opportunities.
  • Evaluate customer and product profitability and recommend actions to improve margins.
  • Track Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) performance and support commercial forecasting.
  • Analyze market trends, distributor data, and competitive pricing to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to provide data-driven recommendations that improve business performance.
