Ameresco has an opening for a experienced Senior Client Success Manager to serve as a strategic partner for our enterprise-level customers. In this high-impact role, you will own the post-sales relationship with large, complex accounts, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions while driving retention, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in managing sophisticated enterprise clients, strong business process optimization skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and proven experience in service delivery and software development management. Knowledge of Distributed Energy Resources (DER), energy markets, or O&M activities is considered a significant asset. This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic account management, process management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes.
