About The Position

Phreesia is looking for a Sr. Client Services Associate to join their growing Client Solutions team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through a structured onboarding process to ensure successful implementation and early value realization on the Phreesia platform. This foundational role is designed to build product expertise, client relationship skills, and business acumen, opening various career paths within client-facing teams. The associate will collaborate with experienced Consultants, Client Success Managers, and cross-functional teams including Support, Product, and Sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong organizational skills — comfortable managing multiple concurrent client engagements
  • Clear communicator, written and verbal, with ease presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Customer-first mindset with experience managing relationships with internal or external stakeholders
  • Problem-solver with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working within software platforms; experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus
  • Confident, high-energy, and a genuine team player who lifts others around them

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end onboarding for newly contracted clients, managing project timelines, stakeholder communications, and go-live milestones
  • Serve as the primary implementation contact, guiding clients through product configuration, workflow setup, and initial staff training
  • Partner closely with Client Success Managers to ensure a seamless handoff from implementation to ongoing engagement, and build the skills to own that engagement yourself over time
  • Proactively engage clients to drive adoption and usage of Phreesia products and features, ensuring they realize maximum business value
  • Collaborate with Support, Product Management, Sales, and Business Development to resolve issues and escalate risks proactively
  • Monitor product usage trends and key performance indicators to anticipate client risks early and address them before they affect satisfaction or retention
  • Track key onboarding KPIs — time-to-live, product activation rates, and early satisfaction scores — and report on progress
  • Document client configurations, feedback, and implementation outcomes to support process improvement and institutional knowledge
  • Surface recurring client feedback and product gaps to the Product Management team to inform roadmap priorities
