In this position, you will serve as a trusted liaison between clients and Financial Advisors, playing a key role in delivering a high-touch, relationship-driven client experience. You will support all aspects of client service, including account maintenance, financial paperwork, and preparation for client reviews. You will also guide prospects and new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive transition. Partnering closely with internal teams, you will help drive operational excellence while maintaining strong, lasting client relationships. This position is primarily office-based in Raleigh to support strong team collaboration and client service. However, the team is open to offering a more flexible or hybrid schedule for the right candidate following successful onboarding and training. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of financial services or related industry experience
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with Workday preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate completion of prospect and new client paperwork and system setup
  • Follow up on funds transfers from surrendering companies
  • Maintain CRM using Salesforce and ensure client records are up to date
  • Research and follow up on issues with the Broker/Dealer, Wealth Enhancement Group Operations, and vendors
  • Record incoming assets using the appropriate blotting tool
  • Engage with clients to understand their personal history and current financial needs
  • Prepare account transactions, including trades, deposits, withdrawals, and required minimum distributions (RMDs)
  • Communicate to understand client requests, determine needed actions, and resolve issues directly or in collaboration with advisors, including death claim processing
  • Collaborate with clients’ tax or legal counsel as needed to address client concerns
  • Gather client data and prepare materials for client meetings and reviews
  • Conduct tax research, including handling 1099 forms
  • Complete follow-up actions to address client needs after meetings
  • Demonstrate knowledge and accurately execute Wealth Enhancement Group’s Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model
  • Apply understanding of financial terminology and products in client interactions
  • Exhibit working proficiency with annuities, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, and charitable giving practices
  • Participate in client services and company educational events
  • Assist advisor team operations to streamline internal processes
  • Complete operational projects to support enhancements and changes
  • Communicate process and sales updates to the team
  • All other duties as assigned.
