About The Position

As a member of the Verizon Global Enterprise Sales team, you'll play a crucial role in helping our valued customers drive their businesses forward. You’ll be leading the charge on cultivating, building, and closing private 4G/5G Private Networks for Verizon Business Markets. In this position, you’ll create new value for Verizon and our customers by solving their needs. You’ll build and maintain the sales funnel, cultivating opportunities from discovery to close with the expectation of driving massive growth within this crucial category. In addition, you will be the technical expert for Verizon’s full range of 4G and 5G Private Wireless Network services, increasing participation, penetration, and close rate. Partnering with both internal and external teams, you will ensure that our Private Wireless solutions are meeting our customer’s technical and business needs for the best solution and best customer experience. Because here, better matters. Shaping innovative, secure, and holistic solutions that address current and future customer connectivity needs. Building trusting relationships with internal and external customers, including C-Suite and CIO offices. Providing deep product expertise and understanding of connectivity, technical and business needs of customers to translate Private Wireless services into business outcomes Identifying Private Wireless opportunities via prospecting, building relationships, leveraging product knowledge, and uncovering customer needs Working with cross-functional teams to ensure all resources are aligned to execute the sales strategy Presenting to all types of audiences at executive meetings, customer demos, trade shows, and Verizon Executive Briefings Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets and initiatives Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed. You enjoy digging deep to really understand the customer’s vision along with their unique situation and challenges. You like putting things together in new and creative ways to best solve the customer’s most pressing needs.

Requirements

  • Specialized technical experience: 2+ years of direct experience selling Private Network solutions (e.g., Private LTE, 5G, or related enterprise networking technologies).
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex project lifecycles, ensuring alignment between technical requirements, internal delivery teams, and client expectations from contract to go-live.
  • Executive Sales Expertise: Proven track record of successful engagement with C- suite and executive-level decision-makers, including navigating multi-stakeholder procurement processes.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Overall Experience: Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Account Development: Demonstrated success in nurturing long-term partnerships and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Logistics & Flexibility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% - 75% to client sites.
