As a Senior Client Manager in Employee Benefits, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored solutions that make a real difference to our clients and their employees. You’ll join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and integrity, all while championing "The Gallagher Way." In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their unique needs. You’ll lead renewal processes, working closely with clients to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes. By building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, you’ll secure existing business and identify opportunities to expand services. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of our business.

Requirements

Experience managing client accounts in employee benefits or a related field.
Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
A proactive approach to solving problems and delivering results.
The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
A commitment to ethical practices and doing business the right way.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
1+ years supervisory experience.
Appropriate licensing as required.
Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
Works in a self-directed manner.

Nice To Haves

Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
Solid financial acumen.
