About The Position
Seeking experienced Commercial Lines professionals to join a team as Senior Client Managers. These positions will begin as temporary assignments with the potential to transition into permanent roles based on performance and business needs. Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Commercial Lines insurance experience required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with agency management software and standard business applications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
- Provide guidance and support regarding commercial insurance products, coverages, and service needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and other servicing requests accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with coverage questions and policy-related inquiries.
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes impacting commercial insurance.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client satisfaction.
