About The Position
Under supervision, the Sr Claims Technician directs, organizes, and controls technical workflow and support in the department. This is a union role and an on-site position, not remote. The position requires on-site training and the ability to return for on-site training for up to 18 months at a designated Customer Service Hub. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of claims or membership experience.
- Analytical skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- PC proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to complete on-site training and return for on-site training for up to 18 months at a designated Customer Service Hub.
