Requirements
- High-exposure, complex claims management experience
- Full claims process oversight (investigation to resolution)
- Detail-driven
- Problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced claim investigations with independence
- Review coverage, determine liability, and drive fair resolutions
- Set reserves using sharp judgment and analytical expertise
- Partner with supervisors and defense attorneys to prep cases for litigation
- Mentor and train new team members
