Job Summary As a Senior Chef Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations within the food service department. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality culinary experience while ensuring operational excellence and financial performance for a corporate dining account. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative menus, manage inventory and procurement, and maintain strict control over labor and food costs. You will also ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety standards. As a people-focused leader, you will be responsible for building and developing a strong team, overseeing hiring, coaching, training, and ongoing performance management to drive engagement and success within your operation.
