About The Position

Serves as a senior subject matter expert for content, functionality, processes and procedures associated with the PeopleSoft Payroll application. Analyzes business needs, determines system solutions and defines detailed requirements. Works with the technical staff in designing customizations and troubleshooting system issues. Maintains the system and is involved in upgrading the PeopleSoft Payroll system. Also coordinates and performs user support, system testing, troubleshooting and end user training. Develops and maintains application and end user system documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Sciences or related field.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years experience as a functional Business System Analyst including experience in planning and coordinating system implementation projects and system testing, documentation, user procedure development and training.
• 5 years experience with PeopleSoft Payroll application or similar Payroll application, with comprehensive knowledge of the application.
• 7 years experience in a field related to financial systems.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years experience in Accounting/Finance
• 2 years experience with the integration of the Payroll application and other HCM applications
