About The Position

The Sr Business Process Systems Analyst will drive supply chain maturity, process standardization, and digital tool adoption across global manufacturing and regional networks. The role bridges regional sales, product managers, demand planners, IT, and global leadership to design future-state workflows, monitor compliance, and support S&OP excellence. The analyst brings deep knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems and drives system architecture solutions aligned with future business processes.

The position owns and documents end-to-end demand management processes, analyzes and optimizes existing workflows, and helps lead the global rollout of demand management technologies such as Oracle Cloud or equivalent. It also supports global KPI definition and reporting and participates in and leads projects to implement Oracle Cloud SCP across the company.

Depending on location, the position may be responsible for executing and maintaining applicable ISO and other standards within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of total experience.
• At least 3–4 years specializing in demand management process analysis within a high-tech manufacturing environment involving discrete and/or process manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Demand Management Cloud, including experience driving system architecture for an implementation.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and advanced data analytics, including Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and document end-to-end demand management processes, including forecasting, demand reviews, S&OP activities, and master data governance.
• Map existing demand management processes and identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve forecast quality and planning effectiveness.
• Help lead the global rollout of demand management technologies, such as Oracle Cloud or equivalent.
• Develop training materials and drive user adoption of demand management technologies across sites.
• Help define, monitor, and report global KPIs, including forecast accuracy, S&OP timeliness, and planning cycle time.
• Participate in and lead projects to implement Oracle Cloud SCP across the company.
• Follow site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.
• Depending on location, execute and maintain applicable ISO and other standards within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
• Adhere to Coherent Corp.’s ICARE values.
