About The Position

As a Senior Process Analyst (AI/Talent ), you will play a key role in delivering meaningful support to talent‑related processes and the systems and analytics that enable them. You will own discrete workstreams, lead cross‑functional process discovery and design efforts, and partner closely with business and technology teams to translate insight into execution. This role is suited for a hands‑on, adaptable problem solver who is comfortable working across ambiguity, rolling up their sleeves to get work done, and adjusting approach as priorities evolve. You will balance structured process rigor with practical execution in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading or owning business process mapping, process design, and improvement initiatives, ideally in complex or global environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into practical, implementable solutions across people, process, data, and technology.
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills, with experience working across organizational boundaries and driving alignment without authority.
  • Proven ability to operate in a hands‑on, execution‑oriented role, producing high‑quality outputs while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring content for varied audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the HR or talent‑related processes (e.g., talent acquisition, onboarding, learning, performance management).
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling standards/tools (e.g., BPMN) and process intelligence or process mining solutions.
  • Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process discovery, mapping, and analysis for assigned talent‑related process areas, developing a deep understanding of current‑state operations and improvement opportunities.
  • Own gap analysis, future‑state design, and implementation execution for defined workstreams, including requirements definition, validation, and support for testing and rollout.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and working sessions with business leaders, functional SMEs, and technology partners to drive alignment, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Serve as a hands‑on contributor, producing high‑quality deliverables such as process maps, requirements, user stories, SOPs, and executive-ready materials.
  • Partner with data, analytics, and technology teams to support process intelligence, automation, and measurement of impact.
  • Help establish and maintain process documentation standards, governance, and reusable frameworks within Talent Excellence.
  • Track adoption and performance of implemented improvements, supporting follow‑through and course-correction where needed.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, balancing structured planning with pragmatic execution to move work forward in a dynamic environment.
